Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Article 9 – Returns for Change of Mind

Unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy, Lazuri Sydney may accept returns for change of mind within the return period stated on our website.

Change of mind returns must be unused, undamaged, complete and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

This change of mind return policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Article 10 – Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

A customer will not be entitled to a remedy where the issue was caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorised modification or repair.
