When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners to you. This allows us to reduce unnecessary storage and logistics costs, so we can offer high-quality products at competitive prices. We cover the shipping costs for your order.
The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, high demand or other external factors.

Some items are missing from my order. Why?
We work with multiple fulfilment partners, which means that some items may occasionally be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, the remaining items usually arrive shortly afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions. Products must be unused, undamaged and returned with all original packaging and accessories where possible.
