Return Policy – Lazuri Sydney
Your satisfaction is important to us. At Lazuri Sydney, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, provided the conditions below are met. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Process

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
2. Return approval
After reviewing your request, we will provide return approval and detailed return instructions if your item is eligible.
3. Prepare your return
For change of mind returns, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging where possible
• Complete with all tags, accessories and documents
4. Return shipping
We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved. Please note:
• Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
• Returns may need to be sent to one of our international fulfilment warehouses
5. Send your return
Please send the package according to the instructions provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the return until it has been received.
Return Conditions
• Return period: 30 days from receiving the item
• Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging where possible
• Proof: Proof of purchase, order confirmation or invoice is required
Return Costs
• ✅ No return costs apply for faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered items where required under Australian Consumer Law
• ❌ Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible
• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account or credit card account again
2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
3. If the issue remains, contact us at support@lazuri-au.com
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the issue is minor or major.
Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Important Notes
• Change of mind returns are only accepted if the item meets the return conditions stated above
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a change of mind return
• For hygiene reasons, certain personal care, beauty or intimate items may not be eligible for change of mind returns if opened or used
• Please check product details, measurements and size guides carefully before placing your order
• These conditions do not limit your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied
