Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No additional shipping costs will be added.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• For express delivery, orders must be placed by 7:00 PM AEST.
• Processing begins as soon as payment has been verified.
Delivery Time
• Standard shipping: 4–6 business days
• Total delivery time (including processing): 5–9 business days
• Shipping days: Monday to Friday
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or delays with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship our orders via DHL, FedEx and UPS. In some cases, the national postal service may also be used for delivery. Our logistics team ensures careful packaging and reliable shipping of your order.
Address Changes
• Changes to the delivery address are possible within 24 hours after placing the order.
• Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Cancellations
• Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
• If the order has already been shipped, our refund and return policy will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been completed. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team.
Damaged Shipments
• If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.
• If the package was delivered in your absence and is found to be damaged, please contact us immediately as well.
